Every individual has many incidents stored in his memory. Memory played an extremely important part of the development of human society. Memory improvement techniques are pretty simple to learn but they require a lot of practice and constant use, otherwise there is hardly any benefits.

Reflexive memory

The memory can be classified as implicit memory and explicit memory.

Implicit memory also called non-declarative or reflective memory refers to information about how to perform something.

Reflexive memory or procedural memory is the learning accumulates slowly by repetition over many practices sessions, and the memory lessons learned has an automatic quality to it.

Reflexive memories depend on practice. Skills become automatic when they are ‘overlearned’ through activities such as raps and games.

Certain verbal skills can become reflexive of repeated enough, as when speaking with a regional accent. It is believed to be encoded in basal ganglia or in parts of cerebellum.

It is not associated with consciousness or at least awareness, and is dependent for its retention on the hippocampus and other parts of the medial temporal lobes of brain.
